i2i is a two day theory course intended for account mangers, sales staff, executives, and other non-technical audiences. It provides a through grounding in technology concepts relating to networking and internetworking technology.

The course provides high level foundational knowledge and information that can be used to engage clients and understand basic principles relating to a broad spectrum of networking and internetworking applications. The emphasis of this course is vendor neutral technology concepts in preparation for further Cisco^® learning.

This course is an extended and updated version of Networking 101 and is recommended prior to taking Cisco^® Sales Essentials.
